Home / Playlists / Brewtubers 2024 Fruit Experiment / Fruit Experiment Review #9 — Strawberry syrup in the keg
Andrew from Running On Beer stabilized his beer and added strawberry syrup directly to the keg — and produced the opposite pole from Jerry's whisper-subtle powder beer. This is the most strawberry-forward entry in the series: big color, big fruit, to the point where the wheat beer base nearly disappears and the whole thing edges toward cider territory.
That's not a complaint — if a heavy, unmistakable strawberry beer is the goal, syrup in the keg is the proven way to get there. The review celebrates the full spectrum the experiment produced, from barely-there to all-strawberry-everything, with this beer proudly holding down the fruity end.
