Nick from Exit 12's reputation for obsessive cleanliness gets the full treatment: the Underground Brewery is converted into a clean room, hazmat protocol and all, before his beer is allowed out of the bottle.

Red X is a malt designed to produce red beers as a near-single malt, and in this amber it brings its own depth and color. The review closes with a promise to take the hazmat gear down before the next review, so the other participants don't get the wrong idea about what it implies.
